This weekend when I switched my website over to a forum based website it might not be that bad of an idea...

reasons:

It gives me a forum to post articles & comment on news stories that affect our nation & the world!

By all means of the words I have NO OTHER reason in having a message board because I've always been unpopular it seems when it comes to internet communities due to my large array of opinions from everything from politics,religion & music!

I am truely independent when it comes to all of these things! Yes, I believe in God/count myself a Christian, I lean to the right when it comes to politics & I love my Rock Music!

back when I sounded like a Republican I had a few friends on the conservative side but these days I find Resistance from the right community because I now oppose wasteful wars!

Its easy to be a programmed robot for the right or the left while it takes thinking & courage to be a true American Patriot & stand up for our US Constitution! Why you say that? you may ask? because along the way you end up standing alone sometimes...Not a bad place to be though when youre standing up for what you think is right!

NOW back to what I was saying earlier?

If you try to create a website these days you end up struggling with the tools to create them with so in the end that was the main reason I switched but I'm glad I did because now my site can be more than about me as an artist! Plus I can plug the bands/movies/things I like as well! Besides an artist I'm a life long music/wrestling fan!

Michael Savage has it wrong about Ron Paul!

OK I'm a long-time listener of the Savage Nation but lately I only catch pieces of it as opposed to listening to the whole show like I used to in the old days.. well it came to my ATTN that on Jan. 3rd he went off on Ron Paul calling him an anti-Semite just because he wants to cut foreign aid to the world & Israel... [paraphrased as I don't remember his exact words]

America CAN'T keep being the worlds POLICE!

It also doesn't make him a "crack-pot" just because he wants to avoid another war! This time with IRAN! I supported the war on IRAQ and it was based UPon lies! SADDAM as crazy & evil as he was HAD NO WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION!

So this time I have to kindly disagree with Mike! He's still 100% right about our open boarders with Mexico & everything else I agree with him on! Not ragging on Savage just have to point out I disagree...

As for Ron Paul being "un-electable"? Mikes not the only one harping that tune: FOX, MSNBC & CNN ALL say the same thing yet they always find the need to fail to report about him or report him in a bad light...aka "UN-ELECTABLE"!

I'll give Savage more credit though than the others listed above because with Mike you get his honest opinion while With the Dino-media you get the same ole Corporate stance on ANY GIVEN ISSUE!

On a closing note I think Ron Pauls gonna end up with a big portion of the vote...unless of course they steal the election and thats a huge possibility with our machines being foreign owned now!

According to the Myan Indian's this is the year the calender stops??? Guess we'll all see what that means??? anyways I had a colorful 2011!

I started the year out with a concert in Jan. with Steven Adler and ended the year Dec. 4th with Axl & GNFNRs!

How great is that....

I also saw Kopek 6 times!
a band from Dublin IR who I had added to my Duck radio station prior to seeing them!

I think they had the No. 1 album of last year! White Collar Lies! [in my opinion]

Then there was Hinder, Motley Crue Poison, Buckcherry,Skid Row ,FFDP,FOO FIGHTERS & BLS!

The highlight though was me finally getting to see GUNS N' ROSES after a 20-something yr wait! twice! 1 in ATL the other on Music Row in Nashville TN!

We had a mixture of good & bads last yr:

..like those dreaded storms in April & June! We went w/o power for 4 FRUCKIN' DAYS after a tornado-like wind ripped out little st apart in june!

Then a low point was me getting asked by a security person in Ala while going to a rock concert weather or not I was a terrorist! Rock N Rolls supppose to be about fun and not some TSA-Thug like Nonsense that makes no sense anyway? I made a whole post about this one so skim down & read!

Plus we started the year out on a wrong foot with all that snow that left our street unusable! I was trapped in the house for days...

Sad but happy moment was seein' Kopek in the Alrosa Villa in Ohio...seein' the place where Dime died had an effect on me for atleast 2 weeks after! but the show was great! I recorded every song PLUS it was a HEADLINE SHOW for Kopek!!!! I also got to speak with the drummer a long time!

Just like Dimebags Bro though... I now look up at the clock at every 3:33 but don't know why?
RIP Dime!

This was just a run-down of the year of 2011 for me...don't know if 2012 can top it?

Notice lately how these greedy "2nd hand re-sellers" on ebay [not just ebay cause its everywhere almost] and such are ripping you off lately?

I remember the days when you could get a used game of any player of choice for a GREAT PIRCE simply by buying it used...NOT ANYMORE!

Unless its many years old of course...

These 2nd handers have taken away the reasons for purchasing it "used" so I'm thinking you might as well just pay the full price for a NEW one since they're not giving you much of a deal anyway!

Just like when "Used cars" became "auto sales" and started reselling used cars at high prices!

I KNOW it seems ANY savings might be good these days in the days of over-bloated inflated prices but in the name of principle I might just stop browsing "used goods" and just purchase them new?

There are a few retailers online out there who have fair prices I've ran into but its getting less n less during these tough times! Thanks to all of you who still do!

I made a couple of posts concerning copyright and now thanks to Tunecores Webinar about the subject I'm a little more familiar with how they work. Maybe its not they need to be changed but changed how they are enforced!

That goes for the movie/TV industry as well! Like the nonsense of going after ppls twitters and websites just for simply sharing links to pirated content?

If we don't start standing up to these "Copyright ambulance chasers" known as the RIAA & the ones that represent the motion pictures industry we will be living in a cyber police state far worse than communist Russia used to be!

How we can stand up?

You write your congress and tell them to "Vote No" on more copyright laws like "The Protect IP Act" and other attempts to hijack the internet! We simply need NO MORE laws in this area!

As Billy Ray once sang long ago! Enough is Enough!

This is all I'm going to say about this subject for now as I've posted atleast 2 or 3 posts on it in the past 2 months! So until any news on the subject arises I thank you for reading!

If you look at my prices on my music you'll notice I'm all for cheaper prices when it comes to music!

I HATE more than anything paying $1.29 or more for an mp3 that should only be $0.99!
but I've went a step further! I've marked most of my recordings $0.75 ech on CDBaby at a blow to me but I don't care about the few cents I lose because I believe music should be affordable!

The music industry in general [not most of the artists] but the powers that be in the industry, like to keep prices as high as possible so they can make ga-zillions a dollars for something almost everyone enjoys called music! Thats why they put out huge CD's that costed $17.99 or more a piece for years up until the bottom fell out and they could no longer sale bloated CD's at high prices any longer!

Though I WILL NEVER become larger than life with a big over bloated budget like most record labels but I WILL tell you one thing...It wouldn't matter!

Music is something everyone loves and ALL should be able to afford it! I remember when GNR first released the Use Your Illusions 1&2 they came out at the price of $7 ech for tapes & $11 ech for CDs in most stores!

Yeah I know they did this to make sure ppl could afford both but still to me that was a good plan! If the labels had-had their way both disc whould've been $15 ech & the tapes would've be $11 ech!

Now the music industry will embark on a new journey to make fans pay through their noses and that will be music via subscription cloud services! Cloud services are fine with me...I've been apart of Napster for a few yrs and before then I was on AOls short-lived service! Lets just hope they still make mp3's and such available for purchase also? or it will get expensive having to pay to stream music all the time!

Was the first time I heard the album Nevermind by: Nirvana in full via a cassette tape from columbia house music [rip]...

before then i had radio recordings taped off of wkls 96rock! all these yrs later I still remember the details of it all thats how great of an album it was!

the details:

The mail was late that Sept. 1992 day...I was awaiting it HOPING my tape would come in! YAY! It did!

although in the long haul Incesticide the b-sides eventually became my favorite of all the releases... I played that tape all night long, indeed, by Dec. I'd warn it out and had to order a new one!

so here we are 19 yrs later [whilest the album itself turned 20 this wk]and I'm able to go on ITunes and d/l it in a matter of secs without waiting on incoming mail! amazing... Thats how I get most of my music today...via d/l and I love mp3 players because you can carry around hundreds of albums in your pocket without any baggage!

Sound-wise vinyl will always rule all but when you're on the go or not around a record player the mp3 players your best friend!

this time around I got the super deluxe version cause i really wanted to hear the 1st version of nevermind [the non-poppy version by butch vig]

Overall I've enjoyed having all these versions on quality media files like the bbc recordings! and yeah like most I DO have the bootlegs but the remastered studio quality VERSIONS makes a big difference...

NIRVANA is one of the noisiest bands that ever lived and had a major influence on my songs as well...No one can touch them!

Stupid "Security Screening" At Concerts & Events...[updated]

OK, last night I went to Big Spring Jam in Huntsville Ala to see Hinder and I was asked by the security at the gate weather I was a terrorist, had terrorist ties or had any explosives on me?

...I'm like what the FUCK?

Yeah I know I sweared but I don't care!

I've been going to concerts for years now and never been through anything like this before...

I answered No ofcourse as I had no plans to do anything like that

nor did I say anything or make a fuss while there...All I was there for was to see some live rockn roll!

HOWEVER I don't see how this kind of screening benifits ANYBODY?

It seem's useless and retarded to me that anyone with any brains would think that if a real terrorist was going into an event they would tell them?...why would they even train people to ask this stupid stuff??? It makes ZERO sense!

My advise to people who plan these events is this...
why are you wasting concert goers time asking them stupid questions?

I can promise you one thing you won't capture a single terrorist doing retarded stuff like that! Nor are you making anyone any safer so just stop it already!

Unfortunatly I don't have it on video but if I had've I would've posted it on Youtube just to let everyone know how retarded it really was!

Also quit listening to the idiots working for the Dept. of Homeland Security!

It a damn shame tax dollars are paying these retards millions of dollars down the drain for stupid security checks that accomplish nothing!

Wake Up people the United States of old is gone...Now all we have is this soviet style bullshit!

Back in the day...
Back in the early 2000's...

I used to keep an online journal posting my stupid thoughts at the time which usually caused fights because I always touched on subjects that one should NEVER discuss! Politics & Religion!

From time to time, I still do even write songs about it...like EOH for instance is about the ever-rising NWO!

Back then though I wasn't far along in my thinking as I am today...
back then I still believed in the left vs the right,

I voted for mostly republicans cause I believed they best represented my beliefs in Life [anti-abortion] & God [the brainwashed version they sell you in modern-day churches & religious TV programs]

Turns out the Repub's are the face of the coin & the Dem's are the tail-end!

They claim to support ideological beliefs yet are working in concert for the same goal while at the same time keeping us in the pot like a boiling frog!

Nevermore do I think like that...I don't vote based on Life OR God!
That's the NWO's version of god anyhow [little g letting you know I denounce him]

these days I vote based on the constitution! The God-given document passed down by our forefathers who suffered for it to protect our rights to liberty & freedom!

What we need to do is bring back repair services in America! It shouldn't cost a fortune either! PPL throw away stuff to much these days.

Unfortunatly my CRT TV is playing out on me and I HATE THOSE ugly NWOish style TVs that remind me of the screen with the face on it in the book turned movie 1984!

Clearer picture or not I just didn't want one and besides their pricey unless you want a small one or you can find a good deal!

I doubt they're even worth what these ripoff companies are selling them for anyway!
Hell, its as flat as picture frame!

Back before they closed out CRTs you could get a good sized one [not one of those oversided ones] for $99 to $200 dollars.

Today I am going to discuss the ever-contraversial subject of Copyright Law. One thing I'm not is a lawyer so I don't know the legal in's and out's of law, however I do know that in this ever crazy world where the United States grows more like a communist nation rather than the freeworld our forefathers saw,"We the People" need a viable copyright law that works for both consumers AND Musicians/Creators alike!

As an Artist I CAN understand not wanting your work being ripped off but at the same time as a consumer I see the other side to...

"Fair Use" suggests we have a right to make an archival copy of our purchased goods yet the DMCA says that if you break the copy-protected software within you violate the law!
A crazy conflict of interest there!

I am 100% against restricting the free flow of the Internet in order to stop piracy! There are already laws on the books to deal with those who break copyright law! We do however need to iron out some of the poisons embedded in copyright law that trap people who are not trying to break law but just have fun and share TV programs music & so on!

There are commecial aspects to consider! like those annoying pop-up ads we have to deal with everytime we view videos online?

Even You tube now has the annoying things! I say there should be opportunities for web site managers to allow ads to take care of paying artists/creators for their works without the need for citing someone for copyright violations!

All I know is this: things are out of hand law-wise as we need less federal interference in our lives and not more as those in favor of the "Protect IP Act" are suggesting!

I say de-regulate some of the red tape concerning copyright law instead of increasing it!

The original copyright law was only good for several years and then it went to public domain! I'm not suggesting we go back to that however, we do need a bit more de-regulation when it comes to this area! Right now we are living under a "dictatorship gone wild" when it comes to copyrighted works!

Over the weekend I redisigned my website again...way to many bugs in the webon so I switched back to sitebuilder! Also added a counter for the NEW CD coming out March 22nd! We're 60 something days away and counting! I hope everyone will like it as it was created almost intirely by me! It'll also feature two cover songs on the deluxe version!

Notice the theme of my new site is "free speech" because its under attack today as we speak!

Lefts blaming the right and back and forth all over last weeks shooting in Arizona, when NEITHER are to blame, this guy was a whacked out druggie!He'll have to take responsiblity for himself!

Yesterday I made a few changes to my front page! I added a new banner PLUS a trailer for the new Alex Jones movie out today titled: FALL OF THE REPUBLIC! I also updated my profile bios on some of my profiles while I have a few more to go! The new "Tales" is still caught up in the "CDBaby" changes so hopefully it will be out soon! sorry for the delay! So i've made a few tweaks to the website... I've made the homepage black but the pages with the info on them are white w/ black text to make it easier to read... The NEW version of "Tales" is still not available and I have no clue when it will be? this isn't a problem on my end... CDBaby has been very slow since their relaunch. I guess it will be out when its out! I sent it in in July, they recieved it on July 9th said it'd be up in five days and here we are 2 mos later and still no cd!
